Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof Required for Claims
A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, incorrect item, or misprint claims. The video must start before opening the sealed package and clearly show the shipping label, the condition of the package, and the issue with the product.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.
Resolution
Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are generally not provided for print-on-demand products unless required by applicable law.
