Return & Exchange Policy

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Change of mind

    • Personal preference

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Misprinted

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof Required for Claims

A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, incorrect item, or misprint claims.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the sealed package

  • Clearly show the shipping label

  • Clearly show the condition of the package

  • Clearly show the issue with the product

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.

Resolution

  • Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are generally not provided for print-on-demand products unless required by applicable law.
