SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with KELÖ.

ORDER PROCESSING

All KELÖ products are made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary during product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged.

SHIPPING TIMES

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

• Mumbai: 2–5 business days
• Rest of India: 3–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, operational disruptions, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared via the email address or phone number provided during checkout.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

KELÖ is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)

Orders may be returned by courier partners if:

• The customer is unavailable
• The address is incomplete or incorrect
• The customer is unreachable
• Delivery is refused
• The delivery location becomes unserviceable
• Other courier-related delivery failures occur

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply before the order can be dispatched again. 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for all claims.

The video must clearly show:

• The sealed package
• The shipping label
• The unboxing process
• The issue with the product

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement. Qikink also requires unboxing evidence to verify many replacement claims. 

LOST SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide an appropriate resolution. 

SIZE SELECTION

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
