PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

All products are made to order. Slight variations in print placement, color tones, sizing measurements, and appearance may occur as part of the printing and manufacturing process. These minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.

However, products with significant printing errors, major misalignment, incorrect designs, severe print defects, damage, or manufacturing faults may be eligible for replacement in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. KELÖ reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until KELÖ confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as KELÖ may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
